Natalie Mae Owchariw was raised in New Jersey. She pursued her education in Florida, earning a Bachelor of Arts with a minor in Spanish, a Master of Science, a Juris Doctor, and a Master of Laws in Taxation. She graduated magna cum laude with her Juris Doctor, finishing at the top of her class, and served as a member of Law Review, where she authored and published a scholarly article on probate law. During law school, Natalie also worked alongside several of her former law professors, assisting with editing legal textbooks and publishing scholarly legal articles. She is admitted to practice law in the State of Florida and before the United States Tax Court.
Natalie furthered her legal education by earning an LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Florida, home to one of the world’s premier tax law programs. Her advanced tax training complements her estate planning practice by providing a deeper understanding of the complex tax issues that can affect wealth preservation, business succession, trusts, and estate administration. Throughout her legal career, Natalie has gained valuable experience working in the Probate Division of the Broward County Courthouse and at several estate planning and probate law firms, where she has assisted clients with estate planning, probate administration, trust administration, and fiduciary matters.
Natalie’s legal career has been driven by a passion for estate planning and a commitment to helping individuals and families protect what matters most. She believes thoughtful planning is one of the most meaningful ways to preserve a client’s legacy, provide for loved ones, and ensure that future generations are cared for according to the client’s wishes. This commitment inspired her to pursue an advanced tax law education and continues to shape her approach to every client matter. Outside of the office, Natalie enjoys playing softball, training in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, cooking, baking, working as an essay grader for Themis Bar Review, where she evaluates Themis-assigned Florida Bar examination essays and helps prepare future attorneys for the Florida Bar Exam, and spending time growing in her faith in God.
